FAQ

All bookings need to be PAID IN FULL prior to the first day of the visit. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer. Credit & debit cards are accepted online only.

Additional charges may include:

  • Dogs that require special care or extra time from the staff.

  • Dogs that REGULARLY mess in their cages.

  • Dogs that have special healthcare needs.

  • Dogs that run out of food during their stay with us (we will provide a grain-free formula until your return).

Please feel free to discuss any of these additional costs with the FFPR staff prior to your dog's stay with us.

All you need is an email address, access to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution and the email address or mobile phone number of the person you are sending money to.

If you cancel 1-3 days before arrival, there is a $50.00 charge. No shows are included. If I am able to fill the spot last minute, then the cancellation fee may be waived.

All dogs must meet eligibility criteria as follows:

  • Up to date on annual vaccines (a copy from your vet is kept on file).

  • Spayed / neutered if over 8 months old.

  • Reasonably social with humans and all sizes/breeds of dogs.

  • A Meet n' Greet assessment has been completed.
