FAQ
All bookings need to be PAID IN FULL prior to the first day of the visit. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer.
Additional charges may include:
- Dogs that require special care or extra time from the staff.
- Dogs that REGULARLY mess in their cages.
- Dogs that have special healthcare needs.
- Dogs that run out of food during their stay with us (we will provide a grain-free formula until your return).
Please feel free to discuss any of these additional costs with the FFPR staff prior to your dog's stay with us.
If you cancel 1-3 days before arrival, there is a $50.00 charge. No shows are included. If I am able to fill the spot last minute, then the cancellation fee may be waived.
All dogs must meet eligibility criteria as follows:
- Up to date on annual vaccines (a copy from your vet is kept on file).
- Spayed / neutered if over 8 months old.
- Reasonably social with humans and all sizes/breeds of dogs.
- A Meet n' Greet assessment has been completed.
