Release & Waiver Agreement

Pet owners need to be aware that ANY dog has the ability to cause injury to others. We at Friends Fur-Ever Pet Retreat (FFPR) take every precaution to keep your pets safe and injury-free but accidents can happen. We therefore, do NOT accept responsibility for any illness, accident, injury or loss that may occur while in our care. We assume the right to consult a veterinarian at YOUR EXPENSE if we feel that your pet or an injured/sick pet needs such attention. We will attempt to contact you through the phone numbers you have left on file with us before such actions are taken. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have current health and contact information for you and your dog(s).

Any dog displaying ANY form of aggression will be isolated in a private kennel and will receive limited, private playtimes.

If your pet arrives at Friends Fur-Ever Pet Retreat in a neglected state (matting, sick, etc.) we will provide whatever relief is necessary to make your pet more comfortable. This can include grooming (clipping, or shaving) or clipping thier nails and charges may apply.

Any animal not retrieved within 7 days of the designated pick-up date (unless arrangements have been made with FFPR) will be considered abandoned and then put up for adoption.
